Dr Ola was highly recommeded by my PCP however while trying to schedule a first time patient appointment, I was surprised of the
unprofessionalism and lack of concern by the 2 receptionist, their office side manners were unfriendly & dismissive, ladies please do better

Dr. Ola has been my doctor for several years and his compassionate and efficient care, knowledge of the heart and the support of his staff has been my lifeline. His ability to listen to my health concerns is so appreciated. What a joy to do tests in his office and not have to go several places. Yes. my doctor is a cardiologist of Care.

I had a terrible experience with the receptionist and her supervisor. I made a appointment online and it got booked so I came in but the receptionist s did not want to honor it and found a reason to reschedule me over a month out not even understanding my situation. They told me I could not be seen because I got a new insurance card and they could not verify it on the weekend but I was able to call the insurance number and the computer verified my active status. I left very disappointed in my treatment and I could not believe the manager allowed it.

Dr. Ola is a great cardiologist also he is very caring. He listens to your concerns. I would recommend him, but at times you have to wait for a while. Therefore, any good service deserves the wait.
